Alberto has 15 years of professional experience and is currently the Senior Manager of Financial, Strategy and Operations Consulting at Deloitte & Touche.
Previous to working at Deloitte, he worked in the tax consulting area at Price Waterhouse Coopers; he also held the positions of Assistant Manager of Market Risk at Banco del Pichincha and Manager of Clasauto S.A./Grupo Clasecuador.
Alberto studied Mathematics and Physics at ESPE, holds a Bachelors in Finance and Banking from Palm Beach Atlantic College, a Diploma in Strategic Finance from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid, Spain).
Furthermore, he has served as Editor of the Business Confidence Index at Deloitte since 2001, Director of the Cámara Franco Ecuatoriana, and President of the Asociación de Antiguos Alumnos del Instituto de Empresa in Ecuador. He has also worked as a professor at Universidad de las Américas, ESPE, and Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar.
