Ana Christina Mascarenhas (Brazil) Ana Christina Mascarenhas is the energy efficiency advisor at Neoenergia Group, coordinating the Efficiency Energy Programs of CEPE, COELBA and COSERN. At COELBA, the electricity company of Bahia State, she has performed a variety of projects related to energy efficiency. As a researcher, Ana Christina has had many technical articles published in the areas of the rational use of electric energy, education and the environment. Since 2001 she has been teaching Environmental Comfort at Universidade Salvador – UNIFACS. Among the main projects she has coordinated include the elaboration of a methodology for Energy Rational Use of Low Income Population, an initiative that the World Bank replicated in developing countries. Ana Christina is an architect with a Masters Degree in energy industry regulations. Her professional experience includes working in the projects and operations area of Johns Hopkins University. |
