Arielle Kouffman is NESsT’s new Assistant to the CEO in the Santiago branch, where she works closely with CEO, Nicole Etchart. More specifically, Arielle is responsible for providing direct administrative and research support, assisting in the research, writing and editing of publications and documents related to NESsT and social enterprise, among other areas. She is also responsible for researching, writing and updating bios for BAN, RAMP, Livelihoods Portfolio and Levantando Chile among other initiatives.

Arielle is recent college graduate from Skidmore College, New York, where she double majored in Anthropology and Women's Studies. In 2010, she lived and worked in northern Chile, through UNDP's affiliate project English Opens Doors, where she taught English in a rural public high school to increase economic development and opportunities. She has since recently relocated to Santiago.

She has also worked as a research assistant throughout her college career and is a trained swim instructor. She is a native English speaker and is currently learning Spanish at a very rapid rate!
