Belmar Velásquez Rodríguez is a Specialist in Business Development for RAMP Peru and an Enterprise Development Associate for NESsT Peru. He has over 7 years of experience in business development in both rural and urban areas. Belmar holds an undergraduate degree in Administration, and a Master’s in Economics with an emphasis on projects, international trade, strategic management and agro business.
Belmar has worked in various public and private institutions on both national and international levels. He also has a wide range of consulting experience in areas such as agro business, handicrafts, and fishing. Furthermore, Mr. Velasquez has carried out consulting projects for international aid organizations such as USAID, BIFT – BM, and CAF.
