Cristina Donaica Koson Financial Services Cristina Donaica is the owner and managing partner of Koson Servicii Financiare in Bucharest, providing consultancy services to entrepreneurs looking to turn their companies in added-value players in the European market. She has spent over nine years in the private equity investment sector, often acting as guest speaker and panel participant in various business and private equity forums around the world. Prior to her current job she was a private equity fund manager at GED Capital Development. She also held a position at the Institute of Organic Chemistry in Bucharest heading its industrial technology department. Cristina has a Doctor of Science degree (PhD) in Organic Chemistry from the Romanian Academy, as well as an MBA, Finance, from the University of Ottawa and HEC Montreal in Canada. And she obtained her first designation, an M.Sc in Engineering Technolog from Bucharest’s Polytechnic University.
