David Krajícek is managing partner at Krajícek & Associates. After nine years in managing positions at international companies, he accepted an offer to work as an executive recruiter for a consulting company in Los Angeles, California. Soon after this experience, the field of recruiting became his passion and hobby.

After almost four years of participating in recruiting projects for companies such as Paramount, CBS, Yamaha MC, Capital Group or ITG.com, he decided to focus on the Czech / CEE market. Because of his own experience with executive search and recruiting agencies in the Czech Republic, he realized there is still room for quality improvement in this industry. Therefore, he established his own boutique Executive Search firm in 2008.
