Doina is experienced in supporting senior management teams to achieve business objectives on schedule and on budget and she is specialized in recruitment and selection, personnel assessment, career development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, implementation, creation and alignment of HR policies and procedures.
Before joining Iventa Doina worked as Knowledge Manager for the strategic ally of Korn/Ferry International in Romania for 3 years and she was responsible for Human Resources, Finance and Administrative services for Motorola - Software Development Center in Romania for 6 years. She also, worked for Minolta Romania, for IME Romania – a software development company headquartered in UK - and has been Tutor for the students of Bucharest University.
She covered recruitment and assessment projects both at top and middle management levels from various industries like banking, real estate, media, private equity, telecommunications, software development, consumer goods, etc.
Her experience in working in a small, entrepreneurial companies, combined with her previous experience of working in large multinational companies allows her to have a clear view of both perspectives.
