Doina has nine years of experience in supporting senior management teams to achieve business objectives on schedule and on budget.
She has been working as Recruitment and Selection Manager for Leadership Development Solutions – the exclusive strategic ally of Korn/Ferry International in Romania. Previously, she worked for Motorola, where she was responsible for Human Resources, Finance, and Administrative services for the Software Development Center in Romania. She also worked for Minolta Romania, for IME Romania – a software development company headquartered in UK. Doina has also been a tutor for the students of Bucharest University.
Doina is experienced in recruitment and selection, personnel assessment, career development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and human resources policies and procedures.
She has covered recruitment and assessment projects both at top and middle management levels and from various industries like banking, real estate, media, private equity, telecommunications, software development, consumer goods, etc.
Her experience in working in a small, entrepreneurial company, combined with her previous experience of working in large multinational companies allows her to have a clear view of both perspectives.
