Eduardo P. Rocha has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, consultancy and fund management He is an Executive VP at Trivèlla Investimentos S.A. an investment management company based in the inland of São Paulo state, focusing on private equity, real estate and long-only small and middle cap stock investments.
Eduardo previously worked for ten years at a leading accounting firm in Brazil, working with the mergers and acquisitions practice group. In this period, he coordinated the financial advisor team in successful transactions (sell and buy side) as well other activities including economic valuation and feasibility analysis. Eduardo also served two Brazilian banks in the treasury department and in money market fund management during the period of Brazil´s history when monthly inflation ranged between 10 to 40 percent.
Eduardo is a member of the Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Seed Capital Committee of the ABVCAP - Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital.
