Ekaterina is the founder of Svaros Ventures, an international private equity management firm currently focusing on investments in Brazil.
Hands-on support of growth companies is one of her main priorities. At the same time she is an advisor on alternative investments to several family offices. Prior to that she worked for Siemens Venture Capital in the USA and Europe. And before that she had a decade of management experience in the high-technology sector at Siemens AG and Amadeus.
Having lived and worked in seven countries in three continents, Ekaterina has developed an extended professional network worldwide. Since 2004 she is supporting the European Commission on international cooperation and innovation-related initiatives.
Ekaterina is also a passionate entrepreneur having started her first company in Russia at 17 years old.
She holds an MBA from IMD, Switzerland, a Master in Economics, and a Master in Computer Science from the St.Petersburg State Technical University, Russia
