Felipe Cordero is the Project Assistant for the Levantando Chile Fund. He is responsible for assisting senior staff in the implementation
of the program, as well as coordinating training sessions for civil society organizations and their
beneficiaries.

Before joining NESsT, he was an intern at the Permanent Mission of Chile to the United Nations (New York) and worked in Missouri as a civil society liaison at the Rwanda Community Partnership Project of Humanity for Children; a successful project to build a children´s and mother´s health center in Kibungo, Rwanda. While a student, he interned at “Centro de Estudios para el Desarrollo” in Santiago, Chile, and worked with displaced populations in Colombia.

Felipe is Chilean and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Westminster College, where he was a Davis scholar. He is also a UWC graduate where he was awarded a scholarship from the Canadian International Development Agency to study at Pearson College (Canada).
