Martin Rajcan KKR Private Equity uire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. ( Martin Rajcan is an Associate at KKR Private Equity based in London. KKR is a global alternative asset management firm with over 55 actively managed portfolio companies and over $40bn AUM in private equity funds. In his role, Martin works with management teams to improve company performance and assists in evaluating the business plans of new investment opportunities in the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. He oversees the firm's investment in U.N Ro-Ro, a Turkish freight operator, and has been involved in the acquisition of Inaer, a provider of mission-critical helicopter services. Prior to KKR, Martin worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, where he was involved in a variety of M&A and financing assignments for clients in the power, utilities and oil & gas space. Martin received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a minor in Chinese Language and Literature from Middlebury College in 2006 earning valedictory honors. He is a native of Slovakia and during his studies and work he lived in Germany, India, the US, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the UK. |
