Orsolya Tarjanyi (Orsi) works for NESsT Consulting as an Enterprise Development Associate. Orsi is based in the Budapest office and is responsible for providing training, consulting, and advisory services to NESsT’s Europe-based clients. Two of her major projects are implementing the Citi Foundation for-profit social enterprise training program, and coordinating an EU-funded social enterprise research project in partnership with the London School of Economics.

Following her graduation from the International Business School - Budapest with a first class diploma, she continued her studies at Maastricht University. During her Masters studies, she was involved in the foundation and management of a Masters Student association. The topic of her thesis was The Perception of female managers – a comparative study on Hungary and the Netherlands. After working at General Electric, she consulted for a family-owned wholesale business in Hungary, and was also involved in helping to set up the operational side of a start-up company. She brings entrepreneurial insight to NESsT from the experiences of opening and managing her own restaurant in downtown Budapest.
